In the past, most all the breweries owned Kellers, the beers cellar dug on the mountainside to preserve and ferment beer. The Kellers allowed the emergence of lagers, when refrigeration was not invented yet. Today the Kellers are popular gathering places in the countryside to enjoy a good beer with family or friends. Coming from a collaboration with Isle de Garde, we hope you enjoy it as much as we had fun brewing it.
