During my autumn trip to Germany, I made a detour to the Czech Republic to taste their famous pils. I was waiting for spring to brew one and make you discover the fruit of my research. Well here it is.
Our multi-level brewing process and double decoction, yes double decoction, gives it all the complexity and flavor of traditional Czech pilsners.
As ingredients, we used Weyerman bohemian floor pilsner malt produced from Czech barley, 100% Czech Saaz hops and a yeast of Czech origin as well.There’s no more Czech than that …
