After several months of absence, our Dunkel is back.
Following my trip to Germany, we changed the recipe a little to give it a more caramelized side, but without losing the aromas and flavors of typical toast style.
For lovers and expert in German beers, this version is the one we find in the Munich area while the first version was more in the style of the region of Franconia.
Available today at our tasting room and from next week at the merchants.
