Farmhouse Lager
A good little unfiltered multigrain lager that we called Lager Fermière. Why, well because in the old days farmers used to brew their beers with the grains they grew and since it wasn’t just barley and wheat, well we took that concept and concocted a recipe that showcases the grains that have been used for many millennia, but fermented at low temperatures using a lager yeast.
We used barley, wheat, spelt, oats and rye in the recipe, but don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like brown bread… You’ll get the spicy notes of rye, the creaminess of oats and the fresh breadiness of wheat.
To give it a modern touch, we hopped it with a mix of Mittelfruh and Callista which brings very interesting fruity aromas and flavours that go perfectly with the malty flavours of the cereals brought by our multilevel brewing method and decoction.

It’s back again this year, our Raspberry Schwarzbier, Le Fruit Defendu.
Who doesn’t love the combination of dark chocolate and raspberry? A sublime combination that has been used for hundreds of years by chocolatiers around the world for the month of lovers.
You’ll find the aroma of ripe raspberries accompanied by the dark chocolate and caramel flavors of German Schwarzbier.
Plus, it appeals to both men and women, so do yourself a favor and spoil yourself or your loved one a little.
By the way, Schwarzbier is a dark lager with dark chocolate and caramel flavors without the excessive bitterness of British Stouts. Try our traditional Schwarzbier, Ur, to convince yourself.
