The second brewer of makgeolli in Canada and the first sake brewer in Quebec, we make our own nuruk and koji for the brewing of our makgeolli and sake.
We also use brewing methods that are faithful to the millennial traditions of these alcohols.
With more than 2500 years of history, sake arrived almost at the same time as the first Chinese rice plants in Japan.
